Hello everybody, here is a tribute my cousin Roger Alan Wade and me did on our radio show The Big Ass Happy Family Jubilee. This show we are honoring one of the best DJs America has to offer, the one and only Showtime. Bam and I met Showtime when he interviewed us at a jackass 3 press day. He instantly got our attention because he has one of the most distinct stutters you've ever heard. We thought he was putting us on at first, but as the interview went on we realized he was legit.
Showtime has quite an amazing story and is fucking hilarious too. Because of his sense of humor about his stutter, and because we are dicks, we would give him very long song titles to introduce at the end of every break. Oh my god this has gotta be one of the funniest things I've seen/heard on this site! Can't get over how funny Showtime's stutter is but he sounds like such a cool guy. And love the way Johnny is being a complete asshole and just laughs at him lol
I'll be spreading this like an STD, it's too funny and people have to hear this!

When is Roger alan wade playing? I saw he was at the Acoustic Cafe in ringgold GA, but when I called they didnt know the actuall date. My annivercery is on dec 9th and my wife and I would love to go. someone please help!!!!!

I live in Ballarat and I remember pikicng up ABC TV on the radio as well. In fact I think that was how I used to record Duckula and other shows onto tape. Another oddity in a similar vein from long ago: My grandmother lives across the road from a Lackluster Video store, except many years ago, before that antiseptic US corporate behemoth took over, the store was part of a local chain of video rental outlets, and they would play videos in the store. Not merely looped preview tapes, but whole films, and somehow my grandmother?s TV set was able to pick up the video signal, so I often watched films being played in the video store on her TV. I never found out how that happened. One of those technical mysteries.
