Once again, Cordell Mansfield joined us in occupational sound capacity on our latest production, Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa, so we best keep up celebratory appearances lest a "not cool, dude" come rumbling out of his Carlsbad cavern. So, yes, "Happy Birthday, Cordell!" and all that, but what was most memorable of our time with him this past year is how Jackson Nicoll, the actor who plays Irving Zisman's grandson "Billy" in the film, kept calling him "Ooga Booga" after mistaking our calling him "Unga Bunga". I'm sure there were many, many other fun things about having Cordell around—like when he taped the mouth of on-set hyena Heather Brown shut for sound purposes, but for now, out of respect for his birthday, I ask you for 30 seconds of silence—it's a room tone thing. Don't trip.
